Auction highlights we think you will especially enjoy:

Two-night stay at Case Study House #26

Case Study House #26 was built in San Rafael, California in 1962, based on a design by Beverley Thorne, with a landscape by Garrett Eckbo. The concept behind the home is simple: a shoebox comprised of eight identical bays, steel-framed and covered with a flat roof. The social spaces are accentuated by a double height space, whose dramatic roof follows the slope of the lot. Well-maintained for modern living comfort, it will make for a truly unique experience.

Paintings by artist-architect Victor Lundy, AIA

Two paintings, "#238" and "#239" by acclaimed modernist artist-architect Victor Lundy, AIA. These paintings are extremely rare; none of his paintings have ever been released from the Lundy archive in Houston, Texas. Both paintings measure 40" x 60".

MCR and MORSE Development have reignited the magic of Eero Saarinen’s landmark TWA Flight Center at JFK Airport, restoring and reimagining it as a first-class hotel. At the center is Eero Saarinen’s iconic TWA Flight Center, where restaurants, bars and retail outlets have taken flight. Two hotel wings, designed to reflect and defer to the landmark TWA Flight Center, sit behind the historic building, offering great views in all directions.
