Join experts on a tour of the building, originally designed by Pier Luigi Nervi, and recently completed an extensive renovation through a public-private partnership. The renovation provides much-needed retail to the underserved neighborhood of Washington Heights in Manhattan, while transforming the bus operations to a state-of the-art facility. Although the building is not landmarked, it was treated as such through the entire design process.
